Zurich Trace Tutorial: Metabolism in Motion - Stable isotope tracing: what it measures, when to use it, and where it goes wrong

Metabolite concentrations tell you what is present. They do not tell you what is happening; a pathway can look normal at the level of abundance while the flow through it has doubled or stopped. On Wednesday, 9 September, 13:00–17:00, the FGCZ is hosting the first Zurich Trace Tutorial Afternoon: an educational half-day on stable isotope tracing, organized on behalf of the Zurich Trace consortium (USZ, University Children's Hospital Zurich, UZH, ETH Zurich, FGCZ).
