Practical Course by BIOP : Optimize Your Confocal Imaging

Speaker: <a href="https://people.epfl.ch/arne.seitz">Arne Seitz</a> , <a href="https://people.epfl.ch/angelique.vinit?lang=en">Angélique Vinit</a>, <a href="https://people.epfl.ch/arthur.baroni">Arthur Baroni</a>, <a href="https://people.epfl.ch/jose.artacho?lang=en">José Artacho</a>  Organiser: <a href="https://people.epfl.ch/arne.seitz/">Arne Seitz</a> <p>During this afternoon, you will learn how to fine-tune the acquisition settings of a confocal microscope to optimize the acquisition in terms of sensitivity, speed, and image quality. <br> While the course is of general use, the examples and applications are primarily relevant for those using confocal microscopy techniques. </p><ul> <li>There are 12 slots available, and participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. </li> <li>Academic fees 250 CHF (for EPFL the registration fee is waived except for late/unjustified cancellation)</li> <li>Industry fees get in touc
